Gold Coloured Child Resistant Closures
One of our customers had an issue where they needed to identify certain medications easily and quickly.
They wanted a gold coloured cap so this medication stood out as different to the standard white closures. We worked with our manufacturing division to produce some gold coloured caps to ensure the customer's requirements were met.
These closures not only had to be distinctive, but child resistant as well due to the nature of their contents.
Clear medication identification is just so important for Pharmacies. According to research by the Child Accident Prevention Trust (CAPT), 500 children under five are rushed to hospital in the UK every week because they may have swallowed something poisonous. Ensuring a child will be unable to tamper with or open a medicine or tablet bottle is paramount to their safety.
