Christmas 2020 Openings

Whilst 2020 might not have been the year we’d anticipated, wished or hoped for, here at Valley Northern we are determined to focus on the positive outcomes from this year.

 

For instance, we have been proud to be able to continue taking stock of quality, high-demand products; including vital PPE to keep our essential workers safe and to help reduce the strain on the NHS during the Coronavirus pandemic.

To help meet increased demand, we have welcomed yet more new faces to our team this year – as we continue in our mission to provide our customers with a hassle-free, outstanding level of service, no matter what. This has included expanding our Customer Service, Warehouse, Accounts and our Sales departments to mitigate the risks posed by the potential for staff sick leave. 

From the very beginning of lockdown, all the way back in March, we took every necessary step to ensure we could meet production requirements whilst keeping all of our employees safe. We are thankful to have been successful in this endeavour; having maintained appropriate social distancing and good hygiene practises throughout the office, as well as maintaining the engagement and wellbeing of our remote staff.

We do have a few more weeks left of 2020, and below you’ll find our Christmas opening times - including the last order date for delivery this year:

 

                                                   

 

To help you relax over this festive period, we would ask that you check your stocks now and make sure you let us know what you need in plenty of time so that your order can be with you before Christmas.

It’s important to us that we are available to our customers as much we can be during this busy time, which is why we’re only closed on the 3 bank holidays. The rest of the time, our jolly team will be ready and waiting to take your calls.
