From 2nd May 2017 every order you place with us before 2.30pm is guaranteedto be delivered the next working day!*
With our warehouse 'despatched in full and on time' figures consistently sitting at around 99%, we're confident we can achieve this for each and every order you place with us.
If for some rare reason, even those outside of our control, you do not receive your order the next working day, Harry will send you a £10 gift voucher by way of an apology for us not upholding our promise.
All you have to do is phone us on 01785 250123 within 7 days of the expected delivery date, informing us of the issue and requesting that your voucher be sent out to you, ready for you to use against your next order - hassle free!

*Terms and Conditions
Our next working day delivery guarantee does not include special orders, nor does it include products that have dipped out of stock which you will have been notified separately about via email. Delivery Guarantee applies to UK Mainland only, subject to circumstances outside of our control to include, but not be limited to, acts of God; terror attacks; cyber attacks etc. Vouchers will not be sent for goods that arrive damaged by the couriers; in these instances call 01785 250123 to request free replacements. Vouchers must be used before the expiry date shown on the voucher, and cannot be used more than once. Vouchers will not be issued automatically; they must be requested by you within 7 days of the expected delivery date at the time of you making us aware of the delivery issue. Valley Northern's next day delivery guarantee does not include internal delivery to specific departments if your delivery location is a central/external location. Vouchers can only be redeemed against purchases with Valley Northern. Voucher code must be quoted at the time of placing an order, and are not redeemable at the time of payment. Vouchers have no cash value.
