Previously we explored our NPS score and some of the lovely comments that we receive from our loyal customers. That sort of feedback shows us that, largely, we’re on the right track. It makes us confident in our products and our processes because the end result is happy customers who would recommend our products and service to others. But despite this positive feedback, we always are on the lookout for ways to improve our products, services and processes through our innovations.
How Valley Northern Source New Ideas
Like many others, our innovative ideas come from our employees and the ever evolving market. However, what you may not know, is that some of our latest releases and updates actually come from ideas submitted by our customers.
We pride ourselves on being a customer focused business, who takes into consideration the working day of our customers and strive to make it as hassle-free as possible.
Making Things Hassle-Free for Our Customers
One example of this in action, was when an NHS infection control nurse expressed their concerns about untidy disposables at work. They stressed that it was a struggle to keep disposable items such as gloves and aprons organised. And that the unruly amount of gloves and aprons trailing across the work surfaces were time consuming to keep tidy.
Listening to their needs and acknowledging their struggles, we developed the Glove and Apron dispenser as a solution to the problem they were facing. We ensured that it could fit three packs of gloves and a roll of aprons comfortably, while still providing easy access for dispensing and refilling. We also made sure that it could mounted on the wall to keep surfaces clear and could be easily cleaned.
